Foundational Cross Cultural Awareness
This training is for NTG employees only.
A key action with the NTPS Aboriginal Employment and Career Development Strategy 2021-2025 PDF (15.4 MB) is that agencies must ensure all employees participate in cross cultural awareness and competency training based on the NTPS Cross Cultural Training Framework.
This training explores basic cultural awareness, and will provide engagement officers with some foundational skills to enhance remote engagement. Information can be found on the internal NTG Central website - Working in the NT Public Sector
